Shipping and Returns
This isn't a one night stand, we are the commitment type. So if you aren't happy with your purchase then neither are we.
We want you to be happy when shopping with us, feel confident that we offer full refunds should your product not be what you intended to purchase.
Like all relationships though we have a couple of rules. The product must not be used (kinda obvious) and returned within 30 days of purchase.
The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the refund will be processed once the product has reached our warehouse. Rest assured you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law and although we don't have 'let me speak to the manager haircuts', we have dropped the phrase once or twice before. We will always do what is best for our customers because we want you to be as excited by your purchases as we are!
