Here at Myles Gray we are committed to offering you the best possible shopping experience possible however if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges only (no refunds) within 30 days of delivery. The processing time for returns in 1-3 business days from receiving the product back in our warehouse.

with your order number and state why you are returning your purchase and our team will be able to assist you further.
Please note the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the shipping on all returned items. Please make sure to use a tracking postal service as we will not be held responsible if anything gets damaged or lost in transit.
If you have purchased your product from one of our many stockists, you must contact the store you purchased from.
If your product has arrived damaged please let us know within 30 days of purchase, we will resend it immediately at our expense.
CHANGE OF MIND / EXCHANGE
If you change your mind on your purchase we will offer you a store credit.
The product must not be used, or damaged by you in any way and returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the store credit will be processed once the product has reached our warehouse. We will also charge a $10 restocking fee and not refund any fees associated with the order.
We do not offer refunds, or exchanges for sale items, or sale periods.
We have a same day dispatch on all orders placed before 12pm AEDT (excludes sale period times)
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria via Couriers Please & Australia Post. Please see the below links for expected delivery times.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (Australia only) however free shipping over $150 does not include applied gift cards/discount codes, to be eligible for free shipping you need to spend $150 minimum without a discount code or gift card.
