Our Warehouse Sale is happening tonight at 8PM and runs until Monday 18th May at midnight. Please read through our frequently asked questions below before reaching out.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. Due to the high volume of orders we receive during the sale, we are unable to make amendments.

Can I combine my order with another?

Unfortunately, our system does not combine orders. If you place two separate orders, they will be shipped separately.

What if I use the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address. If your parcel has not yet left us, we will do our best to amend it. If your order has already been shipped, it will be your responsibility to contact Australia Post directly.

How long will orders take?

We are working around the clock to get your orders out as quickly as possible! However, as a solo business owner, please allow 5–9 business days for some orders during this busy period. Keep up to date with behind-the-scenes info on our socials.

Will you accept refunds and exchanges?

No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale items.
